Peppery Balsamic Tuna
- 1/3 Cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 Cup olive oil
- 1/4 Cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1/2 tspn Black Kampot Pepper, cracked or ground
- 4 tuna steaks
Mix together vinegar, olive oil, parsley, Kampot pepper and garlic.
Marinate tuna steaks in the vinegar mixture at least an hour.
Grill or pan fry in a little olive oil to desired doneness
